When you order through ZuriaFit, ZuriaFit is the seller of your dress. ZuriaFit buys the dress from an independent maker and resells it to you. You pay ZuriaFit, and ZuriaFit is responsible to you for delivery, refunds and remakes under these terms.
After your request we send a quote with the dress price, shipping and estimated ship date. The quote is valid for 7 days. Your order is confirmed when payment is received.
Dresses are made to your submitted measurements. Please follow our measurement guide. You're responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you submit.
Prices are shown in the quoted currency. Import duties, VAT or customs fees in your country may be charged by the carrier and are your responsibility unless your quote says otherwise.
After payment we share your maker's contact so you can discuss details. Please keep payment within ZuriaFit. Payments made directly to a maker aren't covered by our refund and remake policy.
You may review your order after delivery. Honest reviews are never removed for payment.
