Late delivery: if your dress hasn't shipped within 14 days after the estimated ship date in your quote, you can cancel for a full refund.
Doesn't match your measurements: if the finished dress differs by more than 2 cm from the measurements you submitted, we'll arrange a free remake or alteration.
Measurement errors on your side: if the dress matches your submitted measurements but doesn't fit because the measurements were wrong, no refund is due. We'll try to help with alterations at cost.
Disputes: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the dress and of a tape measure on the relevant measurement.
No change-of-mind returns on custom-made dresses.
Damaged or lost in transit: we'll work with the carrier and replace or refund.
